Aspiration Progress disappears when sim makes souls journey progress
When my sim got to “Dreams Fulfilled” on the Souls Journey my entire household lost their progress on their aspiration progress and I had to restart them all.

There are also some visual issues with aspirations. Did you try if they come back if you travel somewhere ?

It did not. Also tried switching to a different aspiration and back and that did not work either
