Aspiration tasks won't update!

The aspiration tasks for my sim won't update. For example, my sims is "soulmate" the tasks are

• perform 50 romantic gestures with spouse as soul mates 47/50
• Earn gold on 3 dates with spouse 1/3

It won't update when I continue the romantic gestures or when I earn gold on the dates 😭
