Aspirations
After the update I’m having problems with the aspirations. I have my sims do what they need to gain satisfaction points but it doesn’t work same with careers it won’t promote me any one else having these issues?

If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issues remain without mods/cc there.
With the issue with not being promoted, does your sim have the entrepreneurial trait? Simmers in this link were finding that removing this helped to fix the issue
