@vicmomma1968 I just checked a couple of saves and I still have my baby foot/handprints mementos in the saves I checked.
Did you recently remove a mod that perhaps effected them to make them be marked as cc, and therefore when the mod was removed it removed the mementos too? Also, the Growing Together options on an infant (and toddler should be the same) are limited without mods. All you can do is add/remove discoverable quirks.
This is what I see on the infant in a mod free save:
Vs the Growing Together cheat options when I have MCCC in and the debug cheat option enabled (which is also available with other mods, some even have them on by default), you can see that there are a lot more options available with the debug cheat option enabled with MCCC:
If you do use mods, you can get the baby memento by using the option on the sim that you can see above. I tested getting a baby memento for my sim with MCCC in and then removing MCCC, and the baby memento stayed in the game, I expect because it just generated the same thing the game usually has vs creating a modified version of a baby keepsake.
