Placed a library from the gallery that I had made earlier. It's showing up as a black square, and when sims try to travel there the screen gets stuck endlessly on the loading screen while live mode noises are audible in the background. Tried going to build mode on that lot but it loaded the lot and then froze: couldn't go up or down a level, enable the grid, anything.
Might be best to try another reinstall of the game.
Could you also post your specs ?
I'm having this same issue. No mods/CC, fully deleted my Sims 4 folder from my EA folder, reinstalled the ea app, reinstalled and repaired Sims 4, and started a new save, but this still happens when I place one of my saved lots from the gallery
The house is a Ophelia Villa reno under the gallery id FN1NTENSTE1N on the 40 x 30 lot and I'm playing on Mac with the most recent OS
