Blast from the Past Events in tasks

Hello. I have a problem with the blast in the past event tasks. I already tried to repair the game, delete the chache and tried to make a new house hold but it still wont show me the tasks. I removed all my mods and cc too so idk what to do anymore...

Can someone help?
