Bugged game

I've noticed some bugs in my game that has been going on for a while now with each new update. They are: animals like cows, horses, cats, dogs, chickens and foxes aging while I have animal aging off. Child Sims do not play with their toys for very long. They sit, then simply put the toy away. When a Mixologist is hired at the bars, there is no order option. If it does pop up, the drink doesn't get served. Thriftea hasn't had a salesperson at the counter for I don't know how long, and there are currently no NPC vets. I've submitted a ticket but I'm not sure if it'll do much good. I'm hopeful!
