Bugs since Burglar Patch & Xpac Preorder

I know this has been mentioned but I just want to add what is happening in my vanilla game as well:

*No vets or townies/pets spawn at any vet locations. I have tried in my own save and just starting a fresh save = same issue.

*No townies or employees showing in any retail or beach lots.

*New player quests (use your phone, order a pizza, take a bath etc.) won't stop spamming during gameplay.  Due to this birthdays and other events get bypassed and do not auto-start.

I have tried to fresh start. I have auto-repaired. I am not using mods. I've ben playing for the full 25 years so I don't think it is user error.
