Bugs with the Gallery and Pack Selection

Hello EA team. I'm contacting you via the forum to report two problems I've been having with my game. The first is that I can't select the three most recently released Expansion Packs, Enchanted by Nature, Adventures Awaits, and Royalty and Legacy, in the Pack Selection section; these three DLCs simply don't appear.

The second problem is with the Gallery; I can't save lots I build or edit. A message always appears saying to check my internet connection, but my internet is unstable.

Please fix these bugs. I'm a fan of The Sims. I hope these problems will be resolved soon. Greetings from Brazil.

    Hey ClayJu_07​, 

    Where did you purchase those packs from? Are you able to see those packs in your order history page, and do they appear as 'Owned' or 'Installed' on the EA App under Library > The Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If not, it sounds like you aren't signed in to the EA account you bought those packs on. You'll need to sign in using that account to access those packs. 

    If you have any pictures of what you're seeing, it'd be great if you could include them!

    Regarding the Gallery, are you receiving the 'Timed out' error like in this bug report: [GALLERY] 'Timed Out' error when saving lot to Library/Gallery | EA Forums - 13101878

    You're not alone with the gallery glitches, I am experiencing ALOT of the same problems right now. Ughhhh so annoying EA needs to fix it immediately!!!!
