Business owned by non household Sim?

Is it possible in B&H to have a situation where a household Sim is an employee of a business that is on their residential lot, but a non-household Sim is the owner of the business?

Hi pearlbh

Sims can only own businesses on their own residential lot or a small residential venue they buy. If you move to a different lot, the business moves with you.

So to answer your question: No, I don't think this would be possible.
