Can’t access new infant update

So my game and computer are completely up to date and I have purchased the Growing Together pack, but I am unable to access the new infant update. I’ve tried restarting my laptop & the EA app, reinst...

    @pantherche121 This is the Infant update.
    Do you have mods installed? If yes, remove them, delete "localthumbcache.package" and go in the game in CAS, you should be able to make an Infant.
