Can’t progress week 3 Blast from the Past

I just started week three and I’m already stuck on the first task. I have the time travel component made, I just need to activate it, but the option to activate it doesn’t show up on the computer. I repaired my game hoping that would fix it, but it hasn’t. Is there anything else I can do?
