Can expansion packs transfer from Xbox One to Mac?

Is there any way I can take the game packs I've already bought and connect them to Sims 4 on my Mac?

    @franklyphan I'm sorry to say that The Sims game and all expansion packs are platform specific. So you will need to purchase the expansions again in the PC/Mac version.
