Can I make a home from the Gallery a Rooftop House?

I downloaded a building from TheSimsResource and it's in my game and it's functional (I downloaded Pralinesims' Boho Rooftop House) but, as it's name says, it's supposed to be on a rooftop. When I place it into the game, it's doesn't come with the building/skyscraper (aka it's on the ground like a normal house). I tried building my own skyscraper to place it on top of, but I can't place the building on it or else it'll replace the lot completely. Is there a way to make a Gallery house into a Skyscraper? I know there's a way to make your own apartments and I was thinking of doing that but people keep talking about "public markers" and I have absolutely no idea what that is.

    Hi @shrimpworm  

    That lot was made in San Myshuno, and has many 'skyscrapers' ie: multi-story buildings that are a feature in the City Living Pack, you'd need to own that pack and place it in that world. Also, check out Carls Sims 4 Guide for more info on that pack.

    Note: there are mods that have made elevators available to use in regular worlds, have not used it myself, as for 'building a skyscraper' in a regular type world, not available, as max levels will always apply.
