Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? NA
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t interact normally
What do you expect to see? I expect to interact normally while not being on a date within the same household and with npcs
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded the lovestruck patch

Can someone please help me out. My game is working fine with everything else but I can’t interact normally with my sims unless I am on a date?! If I’m not on a date I can only give gifts and tell group story I’m confused and don’t know what to do ??? Suggestions

    @DemiS1520 Could you check your game version at the lower right button of the screen on the main menu ?

    Have any of you tried a game repair yet ?

    For EA app

    1. Close the game
    2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
    3. Choose Repair game

    For Steam:

    1. Close the game
    2. Right Click on the game in your library
    3. Choose Properties
    4. Choose tab Installed Files
    5. Press Verify Integrity of Game Files
