I didn't realize that the TOOL mod and better build buy was messing with the Grim Reaper Reward System, and I cancelled it. is there any way that I can reset the Grim Reaper and go back to do all the missions? Also, since I did that, does that mean that now I won't have any of the missions going forward?

@Jomoon017 You can move accountDataDB.package, which is in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, out of that folder. This resets your progress in the tasks, but it doesn't delete any rewards you've already claimed, or points you've earned. Do NOT delete this file—it also holds data from the first round of login events. Instead, just set it aside for now, and put it back (delete the new file) once you've finished the tasks again.

Do NOT delete this file—it also holds data from the first round of login events. Instead, just set it aside for now, and put it back (delete the new file) once you've finished the tasks again.

My niece ended the reaper event how do i get it back.
I was playing the sims 4 to do the reaper event I walked away form my laptop for two minutes. My niece how is 5 and likes the sims also (we play it together mainly cas though) ended the event and I can seem to get it back. I tried everything to get it back to tracking but I'm not sure what else to do. Please help.

@puzzlezaddict thanks ,had problem with the Ambrosia newsletter.I tried the file S4 out from the documents and the event started again without loose my rewards but show me New Game and don't know if can I have again my families

@Filippa2024 Your saves are stored in the Sims 4 folder you moved, in the saves subfolder. Move those to the new Sims 4 folder and they'll show up again.

Alternately, restore the entire old Sims 4 folder, and this time, only remove accountDataDB.package, not the whole folder.

Puzzleaddict, at that day finished the week event.Didn't lost anything ,was with fingers crossed 🤞 I deleted the new Sims4 folder and put back the first Sims4 folder. Everything was worked fine.Again,thank you! ❤️ 🙌

ok I tried that and it did not reset. I am 25 points way from the earings but the game does not have any tasks left

@RainyJaynie-ttv You can actually delete the old accountDataDB now. At the time I posted, the file held the data from the first round of login events, but all the associated objects have now been added to the base game. So accountDataDB is only relevant while you're working through the Reaper tasks; it doesn't do anything once you've completed them.
