Cannot change my outfits

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.329.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? A lots, except Lovestruck Expansion
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I tried to change my outfits, it shows only one outfit could be changed.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I tried to edit the outfits for the character, then quit the edit mode. The character will change another outfits which is like randomly chosen, instead of my setting. And no matter what types is it (e.g daily outfit or exercise outfit or winter outfit), they are all the same.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to change the different outfits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Even though I removed the cc,/mods, it is still the same after updating.
