Can't acces Porto Luminoso/Gilbert Garden

Hey,

I can't acces Porto Luminoso or Gilbert Garden or any other place. I installed it on another laptop, but it still doesn't work. I don't have mods or cc Need help, please!

I click on it, but nothing opens, and no error appears. I mean the place where you can buy a cake and flowers for the wedding.
