Can't access a neighborhood after downloading and placing a lot.

I can't access the Windenburg (sp?) world/neighborhood anymore.  Every time I click on in from the manage worlds page, all I get is a white screen.  This happened after I downloaded, placed, edited, ...

Do you have residential rentals in the world or was the home you placed there a residential rental unit? If you do, this thread may refer to the issue. There is some troubleshooting information in the OP.

If this doesn’t refer to your issue, and if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
