Can't Add Dog Trait

Some dogs can be imported, but don't have all 3 traits set. If I add a trait in CAS, it won't stay put.

1. testingcheats on

2. cas.fulleditmode

3. Shift-click on an adult Sim

4. Enter CAS

5. Select dog/cat

6. Add a trait when there are only 2 traits set

7. Save CAS/exit

The only way to see that it wasn't set is to go back in CAS and select that same animal. Nothing happened. No MODS are used; just cheats.

I'm not providing pics. I believe this can be reproduced every time without pics.

I think I have all expansions, game packs, and stuff packs to date. Could this please be fixed?
