Can't claim today's reward in Deck the Palms event

Make sure to tick online access in your game options. You're missing the event tab.

It looks like some connection issue if you do have it ticked.

b7sweet​ That is not working properly, it comes up and says to claim the fluffy earmuffs even though I already did . Check from in game to see when the next time is you can claim the next item. I think it might be today.

Anyone having trouble with the deck the palms even no working. I opened my game and it said claim the items…. When I clicked claim the pop up disappeared and nothing happened.
