Cant delete items

so pretty much I was messing around with like the thing where you can shrink and grow items and I made a huge Dalmatian statue, then I clicked circle (cancel) but the dog didn't disappear and it won't let me click on it to sell it,delete it or put it into storage and now it won't let me add doors to my builds and I'm pretty bummed out because I don't want to get rid of the lot or rebuild it because I didn't save 

Edit - I've just saved lot and then I went to gallery and replaced it, the giant dog was still there. I bulldozed lot, and it actually left but then when I took my building back from gallery and I pasted it back in it came back so it's fully apart of the lot now.
