🤦♀️ Yeah the level is almost definitely the problem. I'll get the skill levelled up and check again just to make sure. The sim in the save I was in before I made a new one for the event maxxed out the fishing skill forever ago, so I completely forgot there was a level requirement at all and jumped straight to thinking my mods screwed something up. Thanks for the help!
