can't interact with sims after gaining relationship

the subject explains it. whenever my sims gain a romantic relationship with another sim whether they are in the household or not. this started happening with the new ep so I thought it was only a grim reaper thing but even when I disabled the pack it has still been happening. this makes the game unplayable for me because the only thing I do in this game is make sims have relationships and woohooing, which I can't do either because of this.☹️

    @Williambl00m You can't interact at all or no romantic interactions ? What happens exactly when you try ? Does the menu not appear ? Does the interaction just fall from queue ? Are interactions missing ?

    Is it any couple or specific ones ?

    the menu doesn't appear at all, it started as only doing that for grim but when i tried a different save it happens to every sim of every occult and age now

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
    • Close the game again
    • Copy JUST your save game from  Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves
    • Start your save
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
