Can't open lots

Everytime i try to open the game and resume play the game says please restart unable to load. So i also tried to open the game by just loading the game map and choosing a household and none work. i tried my own family and also a townie. helppp!

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • Screenshot of the error you're getting.
