@crinrict The one that i get a prompt for is a doctor so I send alone so that I can go to work with the other sims, the others are in business and a secret agent. I made sure to pick the jobs that I can travel with but they just go to work on their own.

You can only go to work with these careers:
- Doctor
- Scientist
- Detective
Gig based active careers are:
- Actor
- Paranormal Investigator
- Dream Home Decorator
There's also work from home careers where you can do tasks at home instead of going to work.

- @crinrict Oh I see, I had a mod that listed secret agent in the "Go to Work" tab so what does gig based career mean? Can we travel with sim if they are actor
- @playing4sims yes. you can. It just means they don't have set work hours but you can choose a gig for them any time you like and then they go when it's time for it.
