Can't upload my lot to gallery, but can save in library
I don't know why I can't upload my lot to the gallery, got a never-ending loading loop, but I can save it in my library. This happened since yesterday, despite that I kept trying, it's still the same. I clicked on the EA app, it said, "Some features have been disabled because the EA app launched from another application." I don't understand what does it mean? I don't use cc and mod, I'm quite new in Sims 4. I think my game had already been updated. Please help.
Thank you for taking your precious time to try to help me with solution. I appreciate it very much. I finally found the solution by myself which is to remove all the paintings that I downloaded from the gallery, then I’m able to upload my build to the gallery.
