Cant upload sim to gallery

I can't upload sim to gallery,after clicking,it just keeps loading. I have waited for several hours.💔

    I have found the problem，name of the family needs to be greater than or equal to 3 characters.

I can't upload my family to the Gallery.

I can download everything, I can upload lots and rooms, but I can't upload my family to the Gallery. I clean my mods, cache, remove the game and reinstall, but still not working. Please help me solve this problem, appreciate.

Hi @CofSorrow , do you have any antivirus or firewall on your PC?

    @EA_Cath I only use Windows Firewall but I don't think that is the cause as the functionality of the other galleries still works.
