[CAS] Idea to add some underwear to the leggings/Add tracksuit with underwear

@gooochyeee In case your wondering I used the "ymBottom_SDX024YFronts" and changed all the swatches to "TIGHTS" section in sims 4 studio (in game it is leggings) as it is highwaisted then the others. But if you want somthing that shows up more with the higher pants then use "ymBottom_SDX024FullBriefs" change "clothing bottom" to "tights" and make sure to change the age and gender tag to say "male" and the gender tag to "masculine" to make sure it shows up in game
