CAS Problems
Whenever I try to create a sim or edit existing ones, I cannot edit the body all I can do is change the clothes. I even tried again with cas.fulleditmode and it's happening.
False alarm turns out the sim was pregnant, sorry.

Try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
