Castle Dragonheart is a Small Business?

in my now defunct save, I made Castle Dragonheart so that one of my Sims could live there with her new husband.  It's been in my Tray for ages. Well, I really loved that build, and I thought it would be cool if my Rock Star Sim rented it while he is on a World Tour, since he's bringing his wife and five children with him.

Imagine my surprise to learn after I placed it in Windenburg in my current ongoing save to find it's a small business.  Mind you, I haven't played this build for a very long time. In fact, well before B & H came out.  I very much desire to remove said designation, as I intend for it to be a Vacation Rental.  How on Earth do I do this?  Erik won't own it, per se, and I was careful (I hope careful enough) to place everything his family would need while it was still under residential, before I change it to Vacation Rental. Once it's rented the vacationer is not allowed to access Build/Buy mode.

This whole thing is just plain weird.  I know I still have full use of my faculties, so knock off the 'She's old' jokes. 😁
