Sims 4 forgot everything

My sims 4 forgot EVERYTHING, I'm not talked one household, I'm talking every household. But it's weird because i can still see all the hours i played the game, it still has my add ons, game packs and such, but every house hold is gone, the option to load previous households aren't there. 

I opened a new household, because i though it might come back later, but all the in game quides has started over, and the clothes are marked as new. 

I don't know what to do...
