Certain lot keeps causing me to crash

So I had just finished building a new house in strangerville, I got playtime out of it maybe a couple of hours. I crashed after going out of cas when I was adjusting something. So, I reloaded to see if the issue was persistent, and now I'm unable to even get into that family and I'm assuming its the lot because I can go elsewhere, this is a completely new save too. I removed all my mods and tried it that way, I've never had this issue before and I spent so long with this build and didn't save it to my gallery. I'm not sure how to go about resolving this issue, is there a way to save my build or fix this issue. I'm unsure why it would be faulty just like that.
I'm currently try to go back a few backup saves to see if that works so I will edit this post once I've tried
