Changing Gallery from a string of numbers and letters?

So my username on Steam is DarlingBri and my EA Account name is DarlingBri, and when I sign in on the EA App that replaced Origin, I sign in as DarlingBri, and my accounts are connected. But my Sims ...

This sounds like you may have 2 separate EA accounts- this is something you'll want to contact the live support team about so they can verify which account your Steam is linked with, and which account you're logging into The Sims with. Here on AHQ we don't have access to your account details to look into this further with you.

Please contact live support from the help site here so they can investigate into this further with you and be sure you're logging in correctly.
