Characters are not saved, same with plots
create a character, but they don't save, and the same thing with the plots. I've reinstalled it many times, but it didn't help.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- If you are on Win 11, please check the Smart App Control if it's blocking Sims
- If you are on Windows, please check controlled folder access if it's blocking Sims.
