Hi everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask this question. As the title says, I can't complete the reward event. I'm still missing two event goals. (Play with the Toybox without a Stuffed Animal Nearby & Watch TV without a Stuffed Animal Nearby) Technically, I already completed them but then my game crashed and the progress was lost. Now after restarting the game it won't accept these goals again no matter what I do. Does anyone have any ideas how this could be resolved? I'm still missing the pajamas and the trait and I'd hate to miss out on those.

Do you have a stuffed toy somewhere in the home? You need to have a stuffed animal placed somewhere in the home. But it cant be in the room where the sim is watching tv or playing with a toy box.I had a tough time completing the toybox event, until I realized that my Sim had a stuffed animal in her inventory. I had her leave the stuffed animal upstairs, and then went back down to the basement to play with the toy box and watch TV for those two goals.
Maybe that should be written somewhere in the event text instead of telling people to leave the stuffed animal in the glade. Like, don't tell them to leave him there if you actually need him with you at home.
That's a fair point. I did initially consider leaving it behind but then I decided to take it home. I just forgot to put it back after my game crashed.
I play rotationally in my game and I got stuck on the (play with the toybox). It took changing households to conclude I needed to finish the event with the same household I started with.
Thanks, that worked, even though it took two weeks of trying everything else out.
I have tried everything. No stufft toy in my inventory or in the room. Put a tv in the basement, on another floor even outside... didn't work. Will try again tomorrow 🫤
I have been trying to get this goal for over a hour. It looks like I had the toy box too far away from the stuffed animal, as when I placed the stuffed animal in the hallway just outside of the kid's room (where the toy box was) it worked. So toy box and stuffed animal close to each other but in different rooms, hope this works for others too. Also I've used several different households to complete various quests throughout the event and it worked fine. good luck.
