Club meetings starts when one other member arrives at the lot

When my Sim went to a community lot and one member of his club (he´s the leader) arrives too a club meeting starts automatically. This happens a few times now in different situations, f.e during a h...

I´ve searched the whole lot and found only one club member. I didn´t play any of the other members active.

Tried to reproduce it but can´t, I went with my Sim to a park and invite all other 5 members over the phone, another try I´ve cheated them to the place, but nothing happens. Strange.

The next time I use "Sims Info" to see how many members are there.
