Club with strongest comradery without moodlet unlocked

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Star Wars (newest at point of writing), Nivty Knitting and Luxury Party Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My character was already member in a club that have the Strongest Comradery Moodlet and then created a new club. From the 100 pt I have at the new club I bought Popular Club and nothing else. Starting a meeting with the new Club I got the Strongest Comradery happy emotion despite not having the Moodlet unlocked for the new club.
What happens when the bug occurs? I got the Strongest Comradery happy emotion despite not having the Moodlet unlocked for the new club
What do you expect to see? No emotion from the club in gathering that isn't unlocked for the club
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Because I don't play around with clubs much I can only tell that this happened at different much older game versions also already to me. Also I thought I reported this bug already but search didn't give any result.
