Coming back after a long long break but seen this on Nina's skin
I have tried showering, even making green tea nothing is getting rid of this
ok nevermind, sent her to the Natrapath and its clear now, feels like I have to re-learn everything

It is the Emotional Void ailment that came with Enchanted by Nature pack. Your sim can also craft a cure for it on the apothecary table.
Also, welcome back to simming! 🙂Yeah I couldn't work out what was going on as I've been gone for months and months but been buying the packs. 😂
