Console feedback and ideas

I think as stakeholders we need to be able to give our opinions. Because we invest so much money in our games and someone has control over it's functions and can change what we've already purchased, we do need to be able to voice any displeasure and more importantly ask for things to be fixed and have the right to expect it will be fixed.

I haven't seen anyone make any personal or abusive comments in any way. I personally would speak up if I saw anything insulting, but I haven't. What I have seen is people absolutely devastated and players like myself who are disabled, left feeling with nowhere to turn except here. I think, with all due respect the longer it goes on without any response on the matter, the more upset we become. I'm very disappointed I've had no replies to my accessibility problems. I found myself looking into involving a UK disability charity yesterday as Scope are currently doing studies on gaming accessibility and problems. I never thought I'd be in this position and it made me really emotional.

Of course things are heated but there's only one way to cool things down and that's with transparency and dialogue. Will someone please speak to us? We're such a loyal fanbase, we even give our time to our community here to help each other. We deserve the respect of an official reply on the Console Controller Feedback thread. Instead what we do have is players in total despair.
