Constant Fear of the Dark
one of my sims is constantly scared in the dark. i don't know how that happen, since i always turn wants and fears off when i enter the game.
no matter what i try, i can't get rid of that fear.
can someone help me figure this out? ☹️
Wants & Fears toggle are broken, so you need to retoggle it. If your sim has wants bubbles, then you need it to retoggle because your sim can get fears too.
Always save before you enter CAS / change household and look first if your sims development any fears in the little second there are on again. If so, reload your save game again and hope they don’t development any fear again. Fears can get stuck, specially if you toggle it off when a sim have a fear trait.

If you use mods, I recommend using any mod which remove fears as Sims Get No Fears (ModTheSim) or if you want still to play with this mechanic, I recommended Bienchens whimoverhaul -> feartweak module. (Google *Bienchen sims 4* you can change the site language to english)
If you play vanilla try the solution which DaniDaring(#141) posted on the broken Wants&Fears bug report. Because it needs *testingcheats on* it will disable your achievements on console if you are a console player.
