Cozy Celebrations: Can't ask about holiday traditions

The issue I'm having is related to the event but slightly different. I can see the tasks but the "ask about holiday traditions" task can't complete because I don't get the option to ask any sims about their traditions in the social menu. It said it should be in the main menu because it's related to a quest but it doesn't show up. I've searched through each category of socials and it's nowhere to be found on anyone. I can't complete the quest because of it.
