Cozy Christmas events not showing up

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansions, game packs, and stuffs packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I removed everything from mods folder, I logged into EA Desktop, it showed to update the game, updated the game and ran the game. I created new game and went into live mode and played for few minutes. And the "cozy Christmas events" didn't show up at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't show cozy Christmas events
What do you expect to see? I expected to see icon that opens the cozy Christmas events window, but the game doesn't even show the icon itself.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I just got today's newest update.

So, After removing all the mods in my mod folder, I logged on the EA Desktop App on the PC.

It says to update the game, so I did the update.

Than I started new game and went into live mode.

I ran game for few minutes and the Cozy Christmas Event not showing up.

Have you already deleted the accountDataDB.package file in C:\Users\USER\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4?

I have no mods enabled first and for most. I had no problems with the Reaper rewards event either. I am putting my problem into here. I got the game though Steam and is linked with EA app. I am also up to date. I am so peeved screen shots are current and were just taken. Fix this or just give out the rewards in a free bundle if you can't make so all players can play it.
