Del Sol Valley deliveries glitch/bug?

This is a glitch that has been occurring in my Sims game for quite a few months now, it involves getting deliveries sent to a certain lots in the Del Sol Valley world. Every time I try to request a delivery in 'The Pinnacles' area in Del Sol, it does not deliver. This includes mainly food deliveries, the mail deliveries do work. I don't know how to fix this and it's extremely annoying since my main legacy family is based here. The deliveries work in every other lot in my Sims world EXCEPT any lots in 'The Pinnacles.' - Does anyone know why or how to fix this? 

Additional info: The deliveries don't arrive regardless of if i'm using the basegame delivery services, or any modded delivery services. This glitch has long been occurring since before I've downloaded any modded delivery services. My game is also always up to date.
