Discover University Roommates popping up

Hello, I decided to send my sims to university, so I built them a university house with 6 bedrooms. I added roommates to the dorms so all the beds were occupied. But there are random roommates that keep popping up, and no matter how many I delete, they just keep coming back. I thought it was my mods, but when I removed all my mods and started a new save file with no mods, the same issue occurred, I even repaired the game 3 times. I am not sure what the issue could be. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!!

    That's something you'll probably have to put up with if you want to live in University Housing. You don't own the house, the game does. That means, you don't get to choose your roommates. The game, as the lot owner, decides who to bring in to fill the empty beds. I think the only way to stop that is to add enough eligible Sims to your household so there are no extra beds.
