Dogs and Cats in Community Lots

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Vampires, Get To Work, City Living, Get Together, Backyard Stuff, Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Parenthood, Romantic Garden Stuff, Kid's Room Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game with Cats and Dogs installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? Visiting community lots.
What do you expect to see? No cats or dogs on lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This isn't really a bug, but I didn't know where else to ask. I know that the expansion is pretty new and so they haven't perfected it yet, but I was wondering if there was any way to disable cats and dogs being able to enter community lots. I know that there were similar options in previous installments that featured pets. I can understand going to a park and seeing dogs running around, but when I'm visiting the karaoke bar I don't really like being barked at by pet dogs. If I can't find a way to disable pets being able to enter community lots either by an option being offered in settings or a mod being created by a third party, I think it might annoy me enough to where I won't want to play with the expansion anymore.

If anyone can offer help I'd really appreciate it.
