Some of the tables will not allow chair placement. So far, its items from some of the kits. Ive found 2 tables so far, only because I tried to use them in my decor. The Sims 4.

The tables in your screenshot are of different height:

You can  only place normal dining chairs to table 3.

For table 1,2 and 4 you need bar stools.
