[EbN] Tabletop Planters "Harvest All" doesn't work

Platform: PC (EA App)
Packs Installed: EbN, L&D, RoM, V, W, P, CC, CoL, S, SE, GtW, GT, LS, IL, HR, JA, OR, DO, HCH, CK, RG, VG

I tried with mods enabled and disabled, they will only harvest one pot at a time, even if they are on the same surface/room. I have different types of flowers in the tabletop pots. Is this intended to only be single harvest? then remove "Harvest All"? if not—is this a bug?
