[EbN] What specifically causes this aura?

It isn't luck (she had ordinary), and luck/bad luck is usually a green or grey/purple clover. Unless it is the ordinary luck aura?

If it is balance (or balance increased) she was Very Imbalanced -> Imbalanced using the "Consult the Cosmos" interaction. I keep thinking their hygiene is low/bad. They couldn't come up with a different distinctive aura X /
