Endless loading and endless saving

I play with mods and ccs but didn't have any issue until I log out, start on a shopping spree and buys at least 10 DLCs and once I launched the game again and into my household, I could play normally but once trying to save, it shows an endless saving screen I can only exit by forcefully closing the app. As well as an endless loading screen when I try moving to another lot, after relaunching the game.
I've already updated all my mods and ccs, so I do not think it has anything to do with those since I was fine before downloading the packs.
